Fast Printing - Terms and Condition

1. All prices include GST and freight to most Australian destinations. However, Fast Printing reserves the right to charge for the cost of delivery if the delivery location is outside a metropolitan area.
All prices are subject to change without notice.

2. Payment in full is requested for new clients prior to production or delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2.1 Stocks are subject to change by Fast Printing without notice, whether or not we change the suppliers.

3. Artwork and Orders

3.1 All artwork provided must be able to meet our file specifications. We will not be liable for any errors which occur in the electronic transfer of any artwork.

3.2 You must carefully review and approve all proofs or layouts before submitting to ensure the order is 'print ready'. If, for whatever reason the order is not 'print ready' and We proceed to arrange printing You accept responsibility of any alterations or subsequent changes required to make the order print ready, which will be arranged by Us at your cost.

3.3 Hard copies supplied by the client are not used for colour reference or matching.

3.4 Our digital proofs are imaged using calibrated press profiles. These profiles will accurately reproduce the chosen colour when printed on our presses. However some colour shift might be observable due to the chosen stock and the addition of laminating or other special coatings.

3.5 Although we will use our best endeavours to ensure that requested colours are matched we do not guarantee an exact match in colour or texture between your artwork (including electronic graphic file or previously printed material) or any other materials supplied by You. While we do have quality control processes in place You acknowledge and accept that there are acceptable levels of colour variation (+/- 5%) from print run to print run, from stock to stock, from back to front and between different printing processes.

3.6 Trimming may vary by up to 1~2 millimetre from the proof, specification or print job to print job.

3.7 Every endeavour will be made to deliver the correct quantity ordered. However, You acknowledge that variation of up to 10% is inherent in the print process and accept as reasonable and We will not have any liability in respect of such variations. Your remedies, at our sole discretion, will be either refund of monies paid for the shortage on a pro rata basis or re-print of the shortage quantity to be undertaken by Us within a reasonable period of time.

3.8 Whilst all care is taken in checking your files for file related errors that may reduce the quality of your job,
Fast Printing accepts no responsibility for files that are not print ready.

3.9 File correction / coversion is $90.00 per hour ($50.00 minimum).

4. Any period or date for delivery of goods or provision of services is intended as an estimate only and is not a
contractual commitment. We will use our reasonable endeavours to meet any estimated dates for delivery of
the goods or completion of the services but will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by You or any
third party for failure to meet any estimated date.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 We don't do any refund of deposit / full payment unless there is obvious printing mistake,cutting error or wrong stock/artwork as original order.

5.2 We will not be liable for any defects, shortages, damage or non-compliance with the specifications in the
Agreement unless You notify Us in writing with full details within 7 business days of delivery of the goods or
provision of the services.

5.3 If You do not give the notice as required in clause 7.1, You are deemed to have accepted the goods or services.

5.4 When any defects, shortages, claim for damage or non-compliance with the Agreement specifications is
accepted We may, at our option, replace the defective or missing goods or re-provide services.

5.5 We will not accept goods for return that:

(a) have been altered in any way; or

(b) have been used.

6. A Deposit to start organising your art work or to start your project is not be refundable, once we start the project.
    A 25% cancellation fee applies to all orders once we start to organise and process the order.
    A 50% cancellation fee applies to all orders once we proceed to print. ( after approval art work & Payment )

7. If, through circumstances beyond our control We are unable to effect delivery or provision of goods or services,
then We may cancel your order (even if it has already been accepted) by notice in writing to You.
No purported cancellation or suspension of an order or any part thereof by You is binding on Us after that order
has been accepted.

8. The client warrants that it has copyright in or a license to authorise reproduction of all artistic and literary works
suplied by it to Fast Printing for the purpose of its orders. The Client authorises Fast Printing to reproduce all and any of the Works for such purposes.

9.The Client additionally licenses Fast Printing to use the Works in its own promotional materials to depict the quality or range of its goods or services.

10. The Clients indemnitifies and will keep Fast Printing indemnified against any liability, loss or expense suffered
by Fast Printing as a direct or indirect result of any use of the Works by Fast Printing pursuant to clauses 7 or 8.

11. Liability

11.1 Except as specifically set out herein, or contained in any warranty statement provided with the goods or services, any term, condition or warranty in respect of the quality, merchantability, fitness for purpose, condition, description, assembly, manufacture, design or performance of the goods or services, whether implied by statute, common law, trade usage, custom or otherwise, is hereby expressly excluded.

11.2 Replacement of the goods or resupply of the services is the absolute limit of our liability howsoever arising under or in connection with the sale, use of, storage or any other dealings with the goods or services by You or any third party.

11.3 We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses or expenses suffered by You or any third party, howsoever caused, including but not limited to loss of turnover, profits, business or goodwill or any liability to any other party.

11.4 We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by You where We have failed to deliver goods or services or fails to meet any delivery date or cancels or suspends the supply of goods or services, or suspends or cancels the Copyright Licence.

12. In the event that the Client has provided its electronic address to Fast Printing, the Client by its receipt of these terms and conditions acknowledges that Fast Printing may use its electronic address for commercial purposes such as the promotion of Fast Printing's services or products; and hereby consents to and authorises Fast Printing to send commercial electronic to the client's enectronic address.

13. Should your account exceed our trading terms and pass to an agency or solicitor for collection, all commissions, solicitor's fee and any out of pocket expenses will be borne by you.
