Delivery

What are your shipping methods? 

We use either Express Post ( via Australia Post ) or Courier service.

How long does the delivery take?

Standard delivery time is 1-2 working days, Rural or regional area ( including NT & WA ) may take up to 3-5 working days unless any incidents occur with the courier service.

Do you send us a tracking number once dispatched?

Tracking numbers are provided upon request only due to high volume of dispatches.

Do you offer overnight express delivery?

Yes, we dispatch most of products through express post or overnight courier service. Heavy weight boxes may be shipped through road service.

Can I change delivery address after I confirmed the address?

Unfortunately, once the delivery address has been confirmed, it can’t be changed.

Do you do international shipping?

Yes we do deliver worldwide. Additional shipping fee will be charged for international shipping.

Do you accept ‘Authority To Leave’ request?

Yes, we do accept ‘Authority to Leave’ request. However, if you lose or receive a damaged parcel with ATL note, we are not responsible for the missing or damaged items, 

Do you deliver to PO Box/ Parcel Locker ?

Yes, additional surcharge will be applied for this option.

Can I pick up the printing job from your office?

Yes, you can pick up the printing job from our office upon your request.

Payment

Can I pay through online?

Yes, we do have Strip which is online credit card payment system.

How do I pay?

You can pay by Strip, credit card or Direct deposit to our bank account.

How can I pay by credit card?

You can either fill out the credit card detail for online order, or ring us to advise credit card details if you receive invoice from your account manager. 


Do you offer an open account?

We do not accept any open account to our clients unless they are Government institution.


What is our payment terms?

We require full payment prior to the production.

Artwork

What file types do you accept?

The best files are ai / eps / pdf in vector format. However, 300 dpi jpg / png file is also fine for simple colour printing jobs.

How to send you my artwork ? Do you need artwork file for quoting ?

You can upload the artwork through on-line quote or order form. Otherwise, simple email us what you want to print out. If you supply artwork draft for a quote, we can email a more accurate quote. However, you do not have to provide us artwork file for quoting

Do you offer graphic design service ?

Yes, we do! Please contact us via email or phone and discuss about available design service for your project.

How can I send large-format file ? 

You can upload files up to 8MB through our website. Email is fine for up to 10MB. Please use Dropbox or YouSendit for larger file transfer.

How do I receive my artwork proof ?

Once you approve the provided quote or order through online, we do provide pdf proof to show you how the product would look like. Hard-copy proof or sample printing is not available.

What are trim line, outer bleed and internal bleed ?

Trim line is where printed products will be cut. Time line mark on the proof will not be printed. Artworks which have images required printing to the edge without white margin need  a file with bleed outside of trim line. Therefore, we can print on a larger sheet of paper and then trimmed down to the size.  Internal bleed is when all text/important graphics are kept a certain distance in from the trim line.  Internal bleed / Safe area is depending on printing process, but it is usually 2~3mm inside of each side of trim line. What is a “vector” format?

Vector art is usually created in Adobe Illustrator, and is commonly saved with certain file extensions. Vector file is required for special finish such as foil / embossed /  spot UV / letterpress, and so on. The three most common Vector file extensions are .ai, .pdf and .eps. However, just because a file is saved in one of these formats, does not mean that it is truly vector art. If you do not have vector file and unsure what it is, please email us the file you have!

What are “TO CHECK” and “NOTE “ on Fast Printing pdf proof ?

“To check” with question mark is for warning messages of possible printing variations/errors concerned by our design team. “Note” with question mark is a general information that you need to know regarding printing method or materials of your order.

How can I request a revision of my proof ?

You can simply email back to your account manager and explain how to change the artwork proof. We can offer free revision services up to 2 times after the first proof is provided. Extra charge will be applied for more revision requests.

I have a trouble to set up the artwork. Can you help me?

How fast can you get back to me with a quote?

Our team are getting back to you within 24 hours with the response in general. However, if we are busy, it might take a bit longer.


Do you have pricelist?

Apart from our online pricing system, all other prices are customised. Hence, price list is not available.


Do you do Trade pricing?

We do provide better prices to designers and printers.


How long is the quote valid?

The quote is valid up to 30 days for standard, 14 days for promotional quote prices.


Do you have express service?

We have VIP service, which we organize your artwork proof and invoices as a priority. To ensure the deadlines, you need to inform us the exact date and the delivery address to check if the fast track option is available for your product.


Can I get a free sample?

Unfortunately, free sample pack is not available. However, you can purchase our fantastic sample pack, which you will not regret as our sample packs are really special, we know you’ll be excited and inspired when you see it.


Does the price include delivery and GST?

Yes, our prices include delivery and GST except fridge magnets and sticky notes.

How do I place the order?

You can use our online order system or send a direct email to your account manager with your artwork and confirmation of the quote details. View How To Order

How long does it take for me to get an invoice and an artwork proof?

– For online order, our team will email electronic proof for you to confirm prior to the production.
– Orders proceeded through your account managers, artwork proof and invoices will be available within 6-8 working hours after your confirmation of the quote.

What can I order through ORDER page?

Most of general sticker stocks ( Gloss or Matt Paper, White Vinyl, Clear Vinyl, Silver Vinyl, Premium Paper and Kraft paper ) are available to place the order through our online order system . All other products are only available through your account manager.

I don’t want to order yet, but can I see a proof first before I order?

In order for you to see a proof, you need to confirm the quote first. You do not have to commit the payment straightaway if you are not ready to commit yet.

I placed the order through your online order section but still no one got back to me. What should I do?

Our online system make take few minutes to half an hour to download the order details. If you don’t hear from us during the day, you can either contact us on 1800 377 877 or email us to [email protected] to follow up with your order.

Do you do sample printing?

We have sample printing for digital sticker printing services with a surcharge. All other products are not available with sample printing service. However, you may request for smallest quantity order if you need to print small lots before the large orders.

How long does the printing take?

After the payment and artwork approval of your order, you can start calculating the days which you have been quoted by your account manager.

I just changed my mind. Can I request a refund of job I already approved?

Once you have submitted an order on our site, confirmed the details of your order or artwork proof, and your payment is processed, you will not be permitted to cancel your order at any time and you remain bound by these Sales Terms. Click here for our Terms & Conditions.

Colour Guide

 [ CMYK ]

CMYK colour mode is four different ink mixed in colour printing. Cyan ( Blue ), Magenta ( Pink ), Yellow and Black is referred as CMYK, which is used in general paper printing processes. Unlike RGB colour mode, CMYK absorbs four colours into white paper surface, which it creates unsaturated colour on final printed product. Whilst the production encompass the final colour via running through four different components : Cyan->Magenta->Yellow->Black, the colours absorbs each component run after run, which the tiny particles of each colour produces a block of a colour to a human eye in halftoned form. Thus, CMYK produces wide spectrum of colours but not in saturated form.

[ RGB ]

RGB colour mode is combination of three primary colours : Red, Green, Blue. This value represents the colours that are exhibited through electronic devices such as monitors, television, cameras and other forms of computer systems. It uses lights to pass through the primary colours, using the reflections on the human eye of these colour to represent multiple colour spectra on screens. It is a complete opposite process compared to the any colour modes that is applied on ink, paint or other method that uses white as a main base material. Due to the use of light wavelength to create the colour schemes, RGB creates strong vibrancy in colour. However, this value is only for viewing purposes through electronic system, not to translate into a physical material form.

[ Pantone ]

Pantone is also knows as PMS : Pantone Matching System, which itself is multiple colour schemes used in various industries comprises a painting/colouring as a representing method. Using 14 different colour pigment mixes, Pantone uniquely created standard colour matching system to unify the colours in different manufacturing sectors. Since then, Pantone has been an ideal standard colour reference to industries and businesses. Although the current pantone values are broad, it still does not depict the colours processed via CMYK mode.

Artwork Guide

Please read through the checklist for providing design files. Remember: If your files do not meet our specifications, your product may be printed incorrectly. If you do not supply artwork which matches our requirements, we will ask you to resupply it or charge you for the time it takes to adjust.

2. Colour

All colour mode must be converted to CMYK We will not take any responsibility for print results like discolouration or unexpected outcome when you supplied file as RGB or PANTONE.

3. Font

All fonts must be outlined or embedded Fonts must be no less than 6pt Since there are literally thousands of fonts available on both Mac’s and PC’s, it can Since become tricky to be sure that everyone has access to the same fonts and are able to see your images properly (illustrator and photoshop documents) When a design file is supplied with missing fonts, a printer cannot proceed your file for production. To solve this issue, please convert texts to outlines or send actual font files. Select “Create Outlines” on your computer to do this.

4. Image Resolution

Images created in photoshop requires minimum 300 dpi resolution. 6. Stroke Weight has to be a minimum of 0.25pt
